Detailed itinerary by hour:
- 03:30 / 04:10 hrs: Pick up from the hotel, then we will transfer you by tourist transport to the train station.
- 06:10 hrs: Boarding from the Ollantaytambo station to the town of Aguas Calientes.
- 07:50 hrs: Arrival at the Aguas Calientes station, where our transfer/guide will be waiting. Afterwards, you will board the bus, which will take you on a 30-minute ride up a zigzag path to the incredible Machu Picchu, known as “The Lost City of the Incas”.
- 09:00 hrs: Guided tour of the Citadel, visiting the Main Square, the Temple of the Sun, the royal quarters, the Temple of the Three Windows. Approximately 2 and a half hours.
- 11:30 hrs: Free time to explore the citadel in your own way, walk around and take photos.
- 13:00 hrs: Recommended time to return to the bus to the town of Aguas Calientes.
- 14:45 hrs: Free time for lunch (included), enjoy the town, visit the local medicinal hot springs or its craft fair.
- 17:50 hrs: Time to arrive at the train station.
